Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Site Supervisor
Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)/Resident in Counseling
Petra Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to serve in a Site Supervisor role within our growing group practice. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting developing therapists, fostering a healthy team culture, and helping create a supportive clinical environment while maintaining a small caseload.
We are looking for someone who is relational, collaborative, clinically grounded, and passionate about helping both clients and clinicians grow.
This role includes a combination of:
Clinical supervision
Leadership and mentorship
Administrative/site support
Direct clinical work
